Customer agrees to use third party browser software that supports the Conduent SSL protocols.
- Conduent is not responsible for telephone, electric, electronic, network, Internet, computer, hardware or software program malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties. Further, Conduent is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the site or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of any information related to the site.
- Customer gives Conduent its consent to receive electronic mail from Conduent, as necessary for maintenance of Customer's account. Because e-mails transmitted across the Internet pass through servers that are not owned or operated by Conduent, Customer is aware that unauthorized third parties may access emails sent from Conduent to Customer. Customer will promptly provide Conduent with any changes to Customer's email address and accept electronic communications from Conduent at the e-mail address so specified.
- Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user names and passwords. Conduent is not liable for any damages resulting from Customer's disclosure of its user names and passwords.
- Customer agrees to notify Conduent immediately if there is a belief that the assigned username or password has been compromised.
- Links to other sites Conduent thinks may be of interest to Customer are provided for the Customer's convenience. By providing these links, Conduent is not endorsing, sponsoring or recommending such sites or the materials disseminated by or services provided by them, and are not responsible for the materials, services, and other situations at or related to or from any other site.
- Conduent further reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of use set forth above immediately, without notice to Customer.
- It is the sole responsibility of Customer to ensure that all users within Customer's web account comply with the Terms of Usage conditions stipulated above.
- Customer agrees to cooperate in any investigation of misuse of this site.
